Refund policy

ONLINE STORE PURCHASES:

Customers must ensure they check that their shopping cart is correct before checking out. As no refunds will be given for products that have simply been mistakenly ordered.

We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service so please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

A photo must be provided of the damaged item/s. Proof of purchase must be shown in order to qualify for a full refund of the product. Please email wildandwastefree@gmail.com within 7 days, with photo and proof of purchase. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement has been issued on certain items and it some cases the cost of freight of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility. Return claims lodged outside this period will be honoured at the discretion of Wild and Waste Free management.

After you have lodged your return claim, you will receive an email from Wild and Waste Free management confirming the receipt of the claim and advising you that a return envelope will be sent out to you in which you can return the goods to Wild and Waste Free. We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you. A refund will be issued when the goods in question are received by Wild and Waste Free.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock, but since stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes the product you request may not be available.

If this is the case when purchasing online we will notify you via email and issue a refund on that particular product or ask you if you would like a replacement product to be sent or if you would like it shipped when it arrives.

We apologise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.

ONLINE ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to change or cancel an order that has been placed with our online store, please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible.

As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Wild & Waste Free due to the cancellation of your order.

If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

As we sell bulk food and most of our items are not conventionally packaged, we are not able to control the manner in which the food is stored once it leaves our climate-controlled conditions.  We are therefore unable to accept returns of bulk food products or merchandise due to a change of mind, mistaken purchase or unwanted gift. 

You will be entitled to an exchange of food product purchased in our store if it is not fit for its usual purpose or of an acceptable quality if returned within 7 days with a clear proof of purchase such as the original receipt or digital receipt in the case of Loyalty Customers. 

Should you purchase an item from our merchandise range and find it to be faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund the purchase price if returned within 30 days with the original receipt.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must return the item to Wild and Waste Free store where you made the original purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of freight when sending back the goods you wish to exchange.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

A gift voucher purchased in a store cannot be redeemed on the wildandwastefree.net online store.

Gift vouchers purchased on the online store can be used on both the online store or in person in store.

Gift vouchers do not need to be redeemed in their entirety in any one transaction.  If partially redeemed, an updated voucher will be provided for the remaining amount.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase another voucher.  Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

Gift vouchers are valid for two years from time of purchase.
