Shipping & Handling
All WILD & WASTE FREE orders are handpicked and packed.
Orders can be picked up from our store the day after ordering at 26 Egerton Street Narrogin. Order from any of our range for next day store pickup.
For orders requiring postage, we can mail any of our waste-free range. Unfortunately we are unable to mail from our bulk product range (food & liquid items).
We mail orders within 72 hours of receiving them. For Express Postage, we mail your order within 24 hours (except weekends). If you require your order within a certain time frame, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements - we will attempt to fulfil all requests as best we can.

- LOCAL DELIVERY for Narrogin & Cuballing (less than $100 cost is $5, $100 and over is free).
- Flat rate STANDARD shipping of $15.95 Australia wide
- Flat rate EXPRESS shipping of $21.95 Australia wide
- International shipping is currently unavailable
All prices on our site are in Australian dollars. You will be notified as soon as possible if all or part of your order is out of stock, and as a result your order shipping split.
As we use a third party courier company please understand that some issues regarding delivery are out of our control. We cannot confirm exactly when your goods will arrive but we strive to ensure our deliveries are dispatched promptly and will work with you /the courier company where necessary to locate your goods if there is an issue.
Some of our products (like chocolate, LSA etc.) are sensitive to weather. All our goods are best kept in a cool, dark place. We cannot guarantee the state of the goods throughout the freight process and if the order is not unpacked and stored correctly within a few hours. We do not advise leaving your order outdoors for prolonged periods of time. If you are not home to receive your order we are unable to take any responsibility for theft or spoilage.
All orders that leave no delivery instructions will be left at the front door or in the safest place if no one is home to receive the order or if no one answers the door. We are unable to take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your goods after it has been delivered to your nominated address.
Please make a note in the delivery instructions/comments section if you would like to physically sign for your package and we will ensure the driver will not leave your order until it has been signed for. Please note that if you request this service and no one is home to sign for the order, we are unable to take responsibility for any items that have perished as a result of being returned to the courier depot.
